Back to School....

I can't believe I have a daughter in middle school. She is growing up way too fast! She was so excited, but extrememly nervous. I was trying to get her to eat breakfast, but she was afraid she might throw up. Bless her heart. She looked pretty though ;-)

Preston was only a tad nervous; he was very happy that he got the teacher we requested and most of his friends made her class too,

We all walked him in and got him all settled and then Scott headed to work.

We have another hour before middle school starts so it was just Courtney and me. It was hard!! I ended up texting some friends and finding out she had classmates waiting for her inside. She let me have one more picture and then I slung the camera back in the car before she could cry.

We then walked slowly to the door and just when I wondered if she would even go inside, she looks over at me and says, "I'm fine Mom, you can leave now." And she was. She always is. I went home and worried about them all day, only to find out they both had the best day ever!

I think it's going to be ok.
