What we have been up to

May is usually one of those crazy, busy months where you do not have time to even think. This year was no exception. Here are just a few highlights from the month.

Preston won the Principal's Award for 1st grade:

Courtney made quite a sweep of 6th grade with a 4.0 GPA, Distinguished in Band, Highest GPA in Social Studies, 2nd place in an Art Competition, High AR (Reading) points, and a Citizenship award. They are also both busy with piano lessons.

This is her Bohemian Art Project,
She was also busy running track:
She also plays softball, while her brother plays baseball...
Oh, and there was this trip to NKU to a Battle of the Books event. We got to hear Silas House talk about his book (Eli the Good),

This was the tiny group I helped escort...
In addition to all this fun, there were two Field Days, a Derby Breakfast for 3 first grade classes and this little thing I am involved in that some call a FULL TIME JOB.

Fun times..... Let's bring on some summer~~~~!!!!
